Get yourself ready for the better for the lighter nights after the festive period with Katy. This 12 week online coaching session will provide everything about nutrition, your current training schedule and what will work for you for the 12 week plan to come up with the perfect fitness plan to align with your goals. All doucmented on an app with weekly coaching check ins to keep you motivated and encouraged. As well as getting your fitness in check you will receive a Back, Neck and Shoulder massage to reward you for all your hard work. Valid from February - December 2024
